Just months ago, providing for her household as a caregiver was a daily struggle, with limited income and growing responsibilities. Like many caregivers, her time and energy were devoted to others, often leaving little room to build her own financial stability.

Through Moyo Mzuri caregiver empowerment initiative, Florence received a package of seedlings: simple, practical support designed to meet her where she was.

With her own hands, she prepared the soil, planted each seedling, and nurtured them with patience and determination. What began as a small intervention has now grown into a flourishing garden that supports her family with both food and income.

Standing beside her is one of the founders of Moyo Mzuri, a reflection of partnership and shared belief: that caregivers, when given the right tools, can transform their circumstances.
